A Message from Fr. Jay
Dear Friends,
The Kingdom of God is revealed when a person becomes wise to seek for it. The journey of the three wise men shows the path that we are called to walk. These three wise men had to tackle three distinctive characters on their journey namely, King Herod, Chief Priests and Scribes -symbols of temporal powers and religious powers that time. The wise men learn about good and evil and are determined to reach the truth. Before taking their long journey, they made an inner journey with the help of the scripture to find the newborn King of the Universe who is all powerful to reveal the Truth. Journey to truth is not restricted only to Jews, Christians or Catholics. It is revealed to everyone! The Messiah is for everyone. The universality of our Church and the revelation of God starts from the Feast of Epiphany.
I would like to sincerely thank all of you for your well wishes, kind words of appreciation and prayers in response to my new title as ‘Pastor’. This honor was declared by our Bishop Dewane on December 20th, 2024. This was surely the Bishop’s Christmas gift to all of us. I am blessed to be in this community with the call to be a Pastor…and not as a Master.
Your prayers, friendship, fellowship and good counsel will lead us together in finding the truth. I join this community of good wise men (that includes women and children as well) in the spiritual journey positioning myself at the front line as your Pastor. Thank you all!
God Bless You,
Fr. Jay Raju
